Payment Issues & Solutions

Payment declined - what should I do?

Try these steps:
1. Check card has sufficient funds
2. Ensure correct card details
3. Try a different payment method
4. Contact your bank to confirm authorization
5. Try again after 24 hours

I was charged twice for one order

Double charges usually resolve automatically within 3-5 business days. If it persists:
1. Contact us immediately with order number
2. Provide payment proof (bank statement screenshot)
3. We'll investigate and refund within 7 days

Payment was successful but order not created

This is rare. Check:
1. Your order confirmation email (may be in spam)
2. Your account order history
3. If missing, contact support with transaction ID within 24 hours for manual order creation

My card is not being accepted

Try:
1. Use a different payment method
2. Check your card expiry date
3. Remove and re-add your card
4. Contact your bank - they may have blocked the transaction
5. Try an alternative bank card

Payment timeout during checkout

If your payment timed out:
1. Check if your order was completed (check email)
2. If yes, don't attempt payment again

4. Ensure stable internet connection
