Report FAQ

What happens after I submit a report?

Our moderation team reviews your report within 24 hours. We investigate the claim and take appropriate action (warning, removal, or suspension) based on our policy violations.

Can I report a seller's behavior?

Yes! If a seller is behaving inappropriately (harassment, scams, etc.), you can report them. Use the "Report Seller" option in your account or chat history.

Will I be notified of actions taken?

If you provided your email, we'll send you updates. Specific actions taken are usually confidential, but we'll let you know the issue was addressed.

What if my report is incorrect?

We take false reports seriously. Repeated false reporting may result in action on your account. Always ensure your report is accurate.

Can sellers appeal a removal?

Yes. Sellers can appeal through their seller dashboard within 7 days. Appeals are reviewed by our appeals team.
